We are always looking to cover the very best in smart home and automated tech and so we frequently partner with brands, sponsors, content creators and journalists to deliver the most relevant content within the fields of home automation, connected technology and IoT related awesomeness.
We’re very selective when it comes to the content that makes it on to the For the Smart Home site and we typically require any article submissions or content contribution to be a minimum of 1,000 words in length with at least 3 images that you have rights to.

Product Features and Reviews:
We pride ourselves on the quality of the content we produce at For the Smart Home and this extends to any hands-on product specific reviews we carry out, where we always aim to give a fully transparent and impartial review of our experience setting up, using and living with a product, from unboxing and operation through to fault-finding and customer service.
For unique product reviews, product owners and brands will send their products by mail for us to review on the site. In these instances, we generally request an initial email from the product owner be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the title Product Review Request. We will then provide relevant details for sample shipping and book a slot in our editorial calendar for the review.
For larger brands with multiple products, we are also able to travel to your address for on-site reviews and features. In these cases, we typically ask that relevant travel expenses are covered and that you have an affiliate program in place so we can cover ongoing site costs.
